This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website https://daemez.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by DAEMEZ.

Accessing the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions set out in this Legal Notice, in the Terms of Use, in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie Policy, in the version published at the time of access.

If the User does not agree with the content of this Legal Notice, they must refrain from using the Website.

DAEMEZ operates in the field of the development, sale and implementation of access-control, time & attendance and identity-management software solutions.

The Website is informational and commercial in nature. DAEMEZ products and services are contracted by way of a separate agreement between the parties and are not concluded through the Website.

The Website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, with registered office at Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in Germany, within the European Economic Area (EEA).

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website — including, without limitation, graphic design, source code, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, trade marks, trade names, software and any other elements appearing on it — is owned by DAEMEZ or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, making available, extraction, re-utilisation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Website’s content by any means is expressly prohibited without the prior, express and written authorisation of DAEMEZ.

Access to the Website grants the User no right or title whatsoever over the intellectual or industrial property rights in its content.

The domain name daemez.com may not be used in connection with content, products or services not owned by DAEMEZ, nor in any manner liable to cause confusion among end users or to bring DAEMEZ into disrepute.

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and this Legal Notice, and shall refrain from:
