1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser or device when you visit it. It allows the site to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language or configuration options.

2. Which cookies do we use?

3. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies are installed under art. 22(2) LSSI-CE, which exempts from the consent requirement those strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user.
- All others are installed solely on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by a clear affirmative action in the preferences panel.
4. How to accept, reject or change your preferences
On first access you are shown a panel from which you can:
- Accept all cookies.
- Reject all non-necessary cookies, as easily as you can accept them.
- Configure your preferences by category, granularly.
Until you express your choice, no cookies other than strictly necessary ones will be installed.
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie settings” link permanently available in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. How to manage cookies from your browser
Blocking all cookies, including technical ones, may prevent parts of the Website from working correctly.
6. Retention
Data collected through cookies is retained for the period indicated in the tables in section 2, and in any event for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months, after which your consent will be requested again.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Third-party cookies mean the relevant provider accesses the data the cookie collects, acting as controller or processor as the case may be.
Where this involves an international transfer outside the EEA, DAEMEZ verifies that one of the safeguard mechanisms in Chapter V of the GDPR is in place, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent, by contacting oscar@daemez.com. Detailed information is in the Privacy Policy.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Updates
This Policy may be updated when the cookies used or the applicable legislation change.
